It is suggested that these questions involve a good deal of subjective thought. A survey of this type would require an experienced outside observer to spend at least one week with the doctor concerned. For the results to have meaning an adequate number of appropriately selected practices would have to be surveyed. In view of the importance of this subject, is it too much to ask that it should be properly undertaken and financed? Summary
